Meet Daniel DuRee
Estate planning is a very important responsibility, and having a compassionate and knowledgeable attorney is vital.
I understand not just the legal issues, but also the complex family dynamics involved in this process and will guide you – with compassion – to your estate planning goals, whatever they may be.
I am a third generation resident of the San Francisco Bay Area and graduated from De La Salle High School.
I earned my Bachelor’s degree from The University of California Los Angeles and my Juris Doctor degree from The University of California Hastings College of the Law. And now I am a member of the State Bar of California Trust and Estates Section, as well as the Contra Costa Bar Association Conservatorship, Guardianship, Probate & Trust Section.
My articles have been published in The San Jose Mercury News, The Contra Costa Times, The Community Focus, Clayton Pioneer, and Martinez Gazette.
Estate planning is about more than simply distributing your assets. It is about clarifying your wishes and passing on family values as life progresses.
My practice focuses on…
My goal in working with you is to ensure that your estate is passed onto your heirs with minimal government interference and tax liability.
Please contact me for a complimentary consultation.
I will show you how an estate plan can help you can achieve your goals, perpetuate your values, and carry out your wishes.
I have offices in Larkspur in the Marin area, Walnut Creek, San Francisco, and Mountain View, and to make it as convenient as possible, I also meet clients in their home, at their place of work or at the hospital any day of the week.
I was impressed with not only Daniel’s knowledge of living trusts but also with how he listened closely to our needs… I would definitely go back to Daniel for estate planning needs and will recommend him to others in the future.” – Bryan P. San Francisco
